We were determined that ExecMove would be a force for good from Day 1, hence our partnership with Springboard, which allows us to contribute to those less fortunate, whilst helping our industry recover.
“One of my biggest lessons learned over the past year, whilst mentoring those in our industry or watching those on furlough, is that purpose is a massive contributor to happiness and self-esteem. Take that away, which unfortunately happened to many, and people will struggle. From Day 1, for every candidate ExecMove successfully places, ExecMove will donate £350 to a young person starting their career in hospitality. This fund will cover travel costs, smart clothes and shoes, giving them the confidence to shine in interviews and in their new roles. Springboard felt like the perfect charity partner for this initiative and we hope that this fund will complement and strengthen the amazing support Springboard bring to young people in the hospitality sector.”
